During your stay at Columboola EEC, schools are responsible for the organisation of catering, dining and cleaning procedures. Columboola does NOT provide a caterer, but schools have the option to self-cater or organise an external caterer. The Centre can be contacted for details of our preferred external caterer.
Please note, your school is not obligated to choose our external catering service, however, any alternative catering service(s) chosen must have proof of Food Safety Handling Certificates.
Columboola EEC have a fully equipped air conditioned kitchen, including commercial dishwasher, and a BBQ available for visiting schools to use Catering Equipment.
